Goals

Currently, I am undecided in my goals for the future. I know I'll figure it out soon enough, but until then, this song serves a motivator and a reminder. It talks about what can happen if you are unmotivated and don't set goals for yourself. You don't live your life and you lose yourself along the way. I have lost myself before, I intend for that to never happen again. But, for that to hold true, I need to find something in this world that ACTUALLY interests me. Which is a lot harder than you might think, I'm relatively jaded towards most things, and even the things I actually enjoy I can't see any future in (or there isn't one to be had with certain interests). Though, an annoying habit I possess in regards to this subject is that I tend to shut down the moment anyone tries to give me advice about my future or career. In short, I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to this. My very own catch twenty-two, if you will, but I intend to break it.
